Group Cycling Beginner?

Do you fancy becoming fitter over the summer? Do you fancy learning to ride in a group safely with other cyclists? Do you fancy spending time socially with other like minded individuals? Do you fancy spending time in the open air enjoying some of the best scenery in the UK?

If the answer to any of the above questions is yes then come and join our beginner sessions which will start at 7:00pm on Thursday, April the 21st. Groups will meet up at the car park opposite Bells Hill, at the top of Scriggen Road. Participants will be given expert tuition from trained coaches on road safety and on cycling techniques and over the coming weeks you will learn how to ride safely within a tight group, and become naturally fitter and be able to cycle further whilst enjoying the friendly banter that is inevitable when cyclists congregate 🙂

All you need is a helmet (mandatory) and a bicycle in good condition and suitable for road cycling. A road bike is ideal but a hybrid will also be quite suitable.

If you have any questions at all, please post them on our Facebook page, or use the contact form on our web site and someone will soon get back to you. Otherwise, we look forward to your company over the spring and summer weeks. If you enjoy the exercise and the ‘craic’, then you might also consider joining the club and participating in other events we will hold throughout the year and join us on some of the events we participate in across Northern Ireland and beyond. See you on April the 21st?
