Over the summer period, the club have a number of scheduled runs for various groups and rider experience. Each run offers suitable average speeds and distances based on the capabilities of the riders within the group and we aim to NEVER leave anyone behind.
Each scheduled run will be available in our club calendar but the basic schedule is as follows.
- Monday, 7 pm, Bells Hill, Car Park, Women’s Training (30/35 miles approx with a 16/17 av)
- Thursday, 7 pm, Bells Hill Car Park, Medium/Fast 30-50 miles 18/20 average
- Thursday, 7 pm, Bells Hill Car Park, Introductory Group 1, 25-35 miles 15/16 average
- Thursday, 7 pm, Bells Hill Car Park, Introductory Group 2 20-30 miles 14/15 average
- Saturday, 9.30 am Bells Hill Car Park, Medium/Fast 40-60 miles 18/20 average
- Sunday 9 am Leisure centre Medium pace group 50+ miles 17+ average
- Sunday 9 am Leisure centre Fast pace group 60+ miles 20 +average
- Sunday 9.30 Bells Hill Car Park, Introductory Group, 30-40 miles 15/16 average
